DECLARATION AND MANIFESTO
(Composed in March of 1996 by Maphioso)
I. EXPLANATION AND (A FEW) EXAMPLES
A) We live in anarchy. People are free to do as they choose, form
groups as they choose, and oppress others as they choose.
B) There exist no governments. There exist no laws. There merely
exist big groups of people who like to try to force their
beliefs and values upon those who don't conform to them. This
is permissible, however, because we live in anarchy.
C) People are free to kill and rape. But people are also free
to capture those people who do, and enslave them, and even kill
them (i.e. the "death penalty") just because the enslavers don't
like it. This is all permissible, for we live in anarchy.
D) Two people are free to have consensual intercourse. Of course,
other people are free to intervene and impose restrictions, even
slavery or fines if the two people aren't "married," happen to
not be of the same race, happen to be of the same gender, or one
or both of them: under a certain perceived "age of consent." Of
course, this is all permissible. We live in anarchy.
E) Large groups of people ("government") are free to invade land
occupied by the previous natives, steal the land and impose
ownership principles to the land, and then build an entire
capitalistic economy based off of this theft, as if they had
earned it fair and square. Smaller groups of people, labelled
"theives" by the larger groups of people ("government") even
though they are really no different than the larger groups of
people, can do the same thing, in smaller scales, by stealing
what is claimed to be "owned" by the larger group. Needless to
say, anything's fair game in anarchy. So this is all definitely
permissible.
II. SUMMARY OF SITUATION
A) Anarchy, as it stands, sucks. It is full of organized
oppression (committed by these big groups that call themselves
"government") and the will of nature is being supressed.
III. ALTERNATIVE
A) There must exist some form of power to combat conformity and the
formation of (large) groups.
IV. PROPOSITION: ANTI-CONFORMITY ENFORCEMENT (A.C.E.)
A) All groups of a pre-determined size must surrender their
authority to one group (which can be allotted, as necessary, to
various regions of societal influence). A group that is
designed to breakdown all other groups that are bigger than a
certain size, no matter how "peaceful" or "evil" these groups
are perceived to be, since perception is merely that in the eye
of the beholder, and since it will not be ACE's right to judge.
V. SUMMARY OF IDEALIST ANARCHY
A) Oppression would still exist via ACE, but would be miniscule
compared to that of modern-day "governments." Individual
rights would thrive. The will of nature would roam freely.
B) People would still murder, rape, and steal. Those that enjoy
it. But that is the will of nature. Those that are victim
(or are relatives to the victim) of murder, rape, or theft,
can retaliate freely, via means of murder, rape, or theft on
their own parts, if they'd choose. There will be no group to
do their dirty work for them, unlike today, with our righteous
"governments" and the revenge that comes with them.
VI. APPLICATION OF IDEALIST ANARCHY
A) All groups with power ("governments") would have to be broken
down and done away with ALTOGETHER, although this can be
engineered over a prolonged period of time, via the gradual
conditioning and preparation of society for this revolution --
the people will need to learn to become wholly seperate of group
dependence! To think and act for themselves, for who they are
individually, not as part of a group (as a follower).
B) The "societal cleansing" must be done in unisun. Taking out one
or some large groups while leaving others, leaves those others
the potential to re-conquer what you just un-conquered.
C) Once complete, all groups bigger than a _few_ friends hanging
out together would need to be broken apart. Violently, if
necessary. Even peaceful groups, since it is not in ACE's
right to judge.
D) Those who are naturally confortable with conformism can join
ACE and help break down all other conformism.
VII. DANGERS
A) The only potential downfall to this scheme would be the souring
of ACE itself. If a majority of people ever managed to change
the will of ACE, or (God forbid) overthrow ACE in force,
democracy would most likely be reformed, along with "government"
and the mass-oppression that comes with it. Idealist anarchy
would die, and the sad excuse for anarchy that reigns today
would, eventually, again run rampant.
B) "Progress" as defined by modern-day society would slow down
dramatically. This, in and of itself, is not a real problem.
Whats progress if we only "progress" ourselves up to a point
where we blow ourselves up? However, if any other large groups
of people (i.e. hostile alien space-travellers from a distant
galaxy) stumble upon our utopia, our lack of accelerated
progress could be our undoing. Of course, it doesn't have to be
this way. Once people got used to the system, they would
contribute at their own pace. For some this will be little or
even none, for others it will be alot. But just because groups
can't be formed physically, it doesn't mean that new ideas and
innovations can't still be shared among the masses.
VIII. GRAND SUMMARY
A) Anarchy. Its not the law, its just a good idea.
