For additional support please contact us at .

1) Open Outlook Express Account Properties
Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel. Double click on Mail. Choose "Add" to setup your new account manually. Enter the information for your account similar to the following windows. Note, your "account name" is your FULL email address.

2. Enter the incoming an outgoing (SMTP) servers as shown below:
Note , some ISPs block outgoing (SMTP) email. If you are having trouble sending email after you setup your program, you will need to ask your ISP for the name of their SMTP server and use that name.  For example, if you use SBC Pac Bell DSL for your Internet connectivity, you would use : smtp.sbcglobal.net for your SMTP server.

3) Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel. Double click on Mail. Choose "Properties":

4) Click on the Servers tab:
Check the "My server requires authentication" box and then click on "Settings":

Check the "This server requires a secure connection" for both incoming and outgoing (NOTE: if you are using your own ISP's SMTP server, you should not check the SMTP box).

Congratulations! You have now completed the initial setup  of Outlook Express to send and receive mail from the mail.42inc.com server. If desired, you may now personalize your settings for your use. Be careful not to change any settings specified in this document.
