This document will assist you in changing the outgoing port number in Apple's Mac Mail for OS X.

1) Open OS X Mail Preferences
Go to Applications>Mail. Double click on Mail. Choose Preferences from the main menu.

2) Choose Accounts and then choose the account you want to edit.

3) Next Click the " Server Settings" button for setting Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

If not checked, check "Use Secure Sockets layer (SSL)" box.

Change the outgoing port number from 25 to 4242 as shown: then click "OK" and "Finish."

This should allow you to send email from multiple locations.

Note before you start: If you are using Norton or any other Antivirus software, please disable email scanning for outgoing email. You will not be able to use your 42, Inc. email before you do this.
